How can I place an order on the ekyaa.in website/M-Site ?
Just go through these simple steps to place an order on our website/M-site

1•Click on the product to be ordered, select the desired size and click "ADD TO BAG"

2•Go to your bag page, once you have added all the products you wish to buy.

3•You can check for any applicable coupon codes by clicking on ‘Apply Coupon’

4•Click 'CHECKOUT'

5•Sign in to your account using your registered email id and password. If you are a first time visitor, you can proceed to checkout as a Guest User or create a new account in one short step for a seamless shopping experience and faster checkout.

6•Enter your shipping and billing address.

7•Choose from prepaid & COD payment options

8•Re-check your order details

9•Click on "Place Order"

10•In case you have selected a prepaid option, you will be redirected to a fully secure payment gateway where you need to enter your card/wallet details.

11•For international orders, we do not offer the option to pay cash on delivery.

12•Once the order is placed successfully, you will receive an order confirmation email, a whatsapp message and SMS with all your order information.

Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on the Ekyaa website and M-site ?

You can be assured that Ekyaa offers you the highest standards of security currently available online to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe, and secure. We work with only reliable and secure payment partners who are PCI DSS compliant. Your bank will authorize the credit card transaction directly without any information passing through to us. We do not retain your banking information.

Is there a purchase limit for a Cash on Delivery (COD) purchase?

The Cash On Delivery option is available on purchases of up to Rs. 4,000. Beyond this amount, purchases can only be made using Net Banking, Credit/Debit Card, UPI, and Mobile Wallets.

How do I pay the courier executive for a COD purchase?

You may pay the courier executive using cash.

•What is Ekyaa’s Cancellation Policy?

You can cancel an order through the Ekyaa website/M-site until it has been packed at our warehouse. This includes items purchased on sale also. Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. Still, if you wish to cancel your order after the order is packed, reach out to our Customer Care team at support@ekyaa.in   or on the helpline number +91 9831841141 
•How do I cancel my order?  For order cancellation, please contact our Customer Care team at support@ekyaa.inor call on the helpline number +91 9831841141  Kindly note, orders can only be cancelled before they are packed in our warehouse.

•I just cancelled my order. When will I receive my refund?

For order payments made via Credit Card, Debit Card, or Net Banking, you will receive the refund (including the shipping charges) into the source account within 7-10 business days from the time of order cancellation.
If the payment was made by using Ekyaa store credit or mobile wallet , you will receive the refund amount into your Ekyaa  Store Credits or mobile wallet within 24-48 business hours.

If you had placed the order using Cash on Delivery, there is no amount to be refunded at our end as you haven’t paid for the order yet.

We currently do not offer customization for the embroidery or the Pattern on the kurta for all our online Orders. Additionally, altering or removing the embroidery on the kurta-pyjama set is not feasible, as it needs to align with the product image displayed on our website. However you can talk to our Stylist over the call for your custom requirements.

• Do you have ethnic wear available for plus-size men?

Ekyaa has a great selection of traditional kurta pyjamas and designer ethnic wear for men till the clothing size of 46 (XXXL) in some designs. However, one can refer to the size table or chart for accurate waist measurement, chest, or shoulder size. Also you can connect with us on whatsapp for your further requirement regarding plus sizes.
